Junior Environment Artist:

Lately I have been involved in a Warner Bros look Development project where I was modelling multiple assets to create a whole city environment in highly stylized form based on 2D concept arts. The main responsibility was to make the model not only appealing but also as low poly as possible so that it can be easily transferred to Unreal engine. CG Lighting Artist (Jnr), Wild Child Animation, May 22 - April 23 Software: Unreal Engine, Nuke, Photoshop, Perforce, Kitsu

Most recently I have been working in Lighting, Render and Comp for a 52ep, 11m series for Warner Media, where I am allocated shot lighting tasks, working to tight deadlines of 8-10 shots per day. I am also called upon to support with a variety of CG tasks to alleviate pressure from other departments, for example, QC fixes to UVs, shader tweaks, correcting modelling and retopology for lower poly counts. I also have ad-hoc Comp responsibility in Nuke, for example comping glitch or fur issue. At the time of joining this team, the studio did not have a fully developed pipeline and so I at times I supported the Lighting Leads in scene set up, importing fbx and alembic characters and environments from Maya into Unreal Engine.

CG Assets Artist (Jnr), Wild Child Animation, Jan 22 - May 22 Software: Zbrush, Subtance Painter, Maya, Kitsu In my first role at WCA, I joined the props team where I was responsible for modelling and texturing. My day to day involved interpreting client call sheets and developing the prop from sculpt to look dev, including several rounds of client and director feedback. I was also given adhoc CG tasks including foliage retopology to allow for lighter foliage and LODs.
